James was able to come within a day of my call for an estimate for an insect problem. His price was very reasonable, and would cover two treatments a week apart. The issue was ALMOST taken care of in one treatment, but there was a straggler! So he came back and treated again. No more bugs!!!!

I wouldn't wish bed bugs on my worst enemy, what a nightmare, but James and Nest Services LLC have given me peace of mind that they are gone. I got bed bugs while traveling in early December, or at least that is when I think I got them. I got bit the Christmas weekend and had a very bad reaction, had to get steroids to deal with the inflammation.
I called James on Thursday before the New Year and he came out that day. All other places couldn't even come and give me an estimate until after the New Year, let alone service it. James told me if I could prep my house (remove tons of clutter) he could treat my house on New Years Eve Day.
He showed up that Sunday and even called me to tell me he was running a bit late as he was waiting on an employee. We walked through the house again and he patiently answered all of my questions and went over his game plan.
I don't know if they are gone yet, but I felt I've done everything I could and I feel strongly that I had the right company in Nest Services to handle the job.

Nest Services, LLC recently came out to inspect and treat my mother’s townhome for bed bugs. My mother has a slight case of OCD so it was very unnerving for her to find out that she had a bed bug problem. James came out same day and offered an unbeatable price for the inspection and treatment (trust me, I got a quote from almost everyone in the PG County area!). He treated her home right after inspecting it and also came out for a follow-up treatment a week later. James was very knowledgeable about those pesky little houseguests and answered all of my mother’s questions from the characteristics of a bed bug, to how they spread, and preventative measures to avoid this problem again. Taking the time to answer her laundry list of questions and ease her fears really made this company stick out to me. I would definitely recommend Nest Services, LLC to anyone in the MD or DC area that is being troubled by insect/rodents and need someone that is prompt, patient with clients, and also affordable. Nest Pest Control came out to treat for mice. We had a bad problem with them, we had to take out all of our food and start all over. Nest Pest Control found where the mice was nesting and they remove the nest. They close all entry point and close them. We have not seen another mice or droppings. We are glade that we call Nest Services!!
